 The collective emphasis on the importance of investing a monetary exchange of value is to predict and effect new ways of accomplishing futures. This should begin with infrastructure for enegy efficient means of getting from point to point. Basic research will follow in concert with such a challenge as it has in the past and will in the future. Such actions will bring unprecedented benefits in building the nation’s long-term mobility capacities to support cities.

Our politbureau and global corporations should exist to protect and advance the interests of average working families. But the collaborative greed quotient to make fast money far overwhelms prudent ethics and morality toward serving American citizens.

Without VISION how does one lift the American citizen into a unified national belief that will drive an unstoppable force toward “leadership” that is ommitted from unthoughtful actions by our global corporations in lock step with the politbureau? How does one start a movement that lifts all Americans out of the doldrums? Charity one is told begins at home.

American transportation history provides much evidence in this realm. Taking the next step and has been ignored for decades. The impacts of activating both the “head and the hand” to spread the framing of new mobility wealth for villages, town and city constructs defies the imagination and will undoubtedly craft numerous and ingenious reality applications.

Transportation infrastructure began in America with canal building, followed by railways then interstate highways and airways. One might say the “Sputnik moment” began the infrastructure development for outer space exploration. The time has come to introduce the next leap in infrastructure to support superior mobility in North America.

Reviving this historic transportation knowledge is astute. The immense human urges to travel outweighs all human actions and together with the logistics for “on time delivery of goods produced nationally” will provoke immense growth and change to lift our society to a greater level of competence if the right technology is chosen. This action is enormously relevant.

Beyond the “four freedom of rights” there is a fifth freedom that of movement which has been ignored. Transportation is an essential ingredient of "rights" where all may do so in common public spaces inside designated “rights of way.” Without mobility there is no life.

Infrastructure supports this "right" of mobility passage. We have failed in our efforts to build a visionary movement system that would redeem America’s purpose and promise and champion the needs and aspirations of all working people.

USA and California is dithering especially when the ancient technology of High Speed Rail, Freeways and Airways are still being considered and deemed necessary as "followship" by arising nations.
